Assistant Site Manager

I am recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for this reputable and award winning house builder who have regional offices in East Anglia, Midlands and Essex regions. They are a forward thinking developer who look to recruit the most dynamic and proactive Managers the industry has to offer.

With group turnover of CIRCA £228m in 2011, our client are well on track to achieve well over £240 million due to a healthy order book now and for the foreseeable future and the amount of repeat business due to excellent service and finishes.

I require an Assistant Site Manager on a permanent basis to help run a site they have close to the Slough area. The site is a £5 million traditional build scheme which encompasses 38 units, 12 of these are houses and the remaining 26 are flats. These are a mix of social housing/shared ownership so previous experience is imperative.

As Assistant Site manager you will assist the Site Manager in controlling labour, conducting site inductions and making sure the job continues to run to programme.

This site is on programme to finish early September, after this my client has other sites close by which will need a strong manager to run.

To be considered for this great opportunity you must be an experienced Assistant Site Manager with social housing experience, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid- all which need to be current.
