The Client & Role | Who Are They?

This role offers you the chance to be hands on with sales but also focus on managing an internal and external sales team.

This is a SME sized manufacturing and distribution business, part of a global group who are involved with industrial consumables and machinery. They have a great history, growing profitability and huge potential to grow across a number of business avenues.

The Candidate | What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a driver- someone who can motivate and drive the internal and external sales team in the right way. We want this person to have the right balance of energy, market knowledge and leadership qualities to look at internal KPI’s around sales, delivery, quality and output.

Ideal Candidate:

• Have some experience of managing small sales teams – internal/ external.
• Have a commercial acumen – ideally industrial markets, consumables, tools, machinery, MRO.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing KPI’s, development plans, appraisals.
