Customer Service Assistant (Trade Counter)

Salary: £27,600 per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience customer service professional with order processing experience to join an established company within the security sector.
You will be working closely with a variety of customers (via phone and e-mail initially and eventually face to face) to provide product knowledge and advise on hardware solutions.

Salary: Up to £27,600per annum
Location: Walthamstow
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm
The Role:
* Advising on a large product portfolio of hardware products
* Processing orders via phone, e-mail and eventually face to face
* Provide advice and offer solutions to customer queries
Skills/Experience Required:
* Strong customer service skills
* Full training on products and services will be provided, however a passion to learn and an interest in hardware products is essential
* Order processing experience
* Great IT skills e.g. CRM systems/Microsoft Packages
