They complete Design and Build, New Build, and Refurbishment projects with Private and Public sector clients in the education, residential, healthcare, industrial, and leisure sectors throughout the London and Home Counties areas. Senior Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate seeking career move

Due to an increasing workload they are now seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their highly experienced commercial team to work on projects with values to £15m.

You will:

* Degree qualified – preferred but not essential

* A minimum of 5 years experience within a UK contractor

* Good technical and contractual knowledge

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Computer literate

* IT literate

* Stable work history

* Highly motivated and keen to progress

* Hold a full UK drivers licence
