Salary: £27,600 per year
We are looking to recruit a Contract Administrator based in the Liverpool area.
This is a permanent position paying up to £27,600 pa. This is based on a static site, however should the role become mobile, a vehicle will be provided.
My client is a leading Facilities Management Company with offices UK wide with an enviable portfolio of contracts and they are now looking to expand their operations further.
The role will include:
• General upkeep of CAFM systems both client owned as per customer contractual requirements.
• Print scheduled PPM tasks.
• Close schedule PPM task-this must incorporate any comments completed for the assets to allow trending and fault analysis.
• Add or remove assets as directed from site CM’s
• Create new contracts on the CAFM system
• Communicate with site engineers to make sure that information is being recorded correctly and to answer any possible quires.
• Training for personnel to different levels to educate on the CAFM system/s.
• Identify better processes and use of the CAFM system/s
• Create and write reports as required from CAFM on both reactives and planned maintenance.
• Create roles and preference.
• Negotiate new modules for the systems.
• Integrate new modules
• Be able to present to prospective clients the ability of the CAFM system.
• Assist in the use of FSI GO.
