Salary: £36,000 per year

The Marketing Manager oversees the company marketing and the marketing carried out on behalf of clients (Sellers, Landlords and New Homes Developers).
They will report directly to the Managing Director and Financial Controller and will be supported by a Marketing Assistant.
They will also need to communicate internally with all members of staff, particularly branch managers.
Key objective:
Create marketing strategies that reinforce the brand position and actively generate new sales, lettings and land leads.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and marketing communications
2. Create and maintain annual marketing budgets and plans
3. Carry out company, market and competitor research to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
4. Research and develop new strategies to achieve marketing objectives and implement marketing plan alterations as needed
5. Record, analyse and report on marketing budget and marketing performance
6. Oversee Quality Control is implemented on all marketing outputs, including proofing
7. Produce clear creative briefs, manage design projects and approval, through to delivery of final print or online output
8. Manage and delegate appropriately to the Marketing Assistant
9. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values (media, creative and web agencies, printers, Rightmove etc.)
10. Manage the marketing mix and marketing product choices
11. Conceptualise campaigns and work with suppliers to deliver integrated campaigns across all appropriate channels and oversee regular campaign updates across all channels
12. Pitching new homes marketing to prospective developer clients
13. Create and implement New Homes Marketing plans

Candidate requirements:

The candidate will need to be resourceful, show initiative and be self-motivated, with good written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational skills will be required to manage simultaneous projects and the ability to delegate and motivate others is highly desirable.
