Architectural Technician

Salary: £36,000 – £43,200 per year

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to work for a residential developer in their office in Norwich.

This role will be working on new build residential developments and as such we are looking for someone who can demonstrate similar works in their portfolio as well as career history.

You will provide support across all areas of the design, regulation and planning process, working closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure developments are delivered

You will be responsible for:

• Provide architectural support to a number of different developments.
• Produce and amend site layouts.
• Gaining building regulation approvals for allocated developments.
• Assisting with planning applications Delivering and co-ordinating working drawings.
• Preparing specifications.
• Collating and organising technical information.
• Support provision of technical information for site starts.
• Investigation of technical problems encountered and provision of viable economical solutions.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
