Business Development Manager

Linked Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a New Business Development Manager to cover Oxford and Central UK/Midlands.

You will be home based but will need to attend one weekly meeting in Dorset.

Our client provides software solutions and broker services to Motor Dealerships across the UK.

Successful applicants will progress quickly into sales management positions heading other sales teams from the front delivering financial results, motivating staff and assisting in the forward strategy of the business.

Responsibilities:

Selling finance packages – Broker services and software solutions to Car Dealers
Managing your team of administrators and underwriters to deliver the required deal KPI’s
Management of financial targets and reporting
Identifying new I.T solutions for online trading with Dealers

Skills required

Excellent qualification skills,
Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
Ability to build a geographical region and then recruit other Business Development Managers
Automotive background (must have sold in to car dealerships previously)
A planner who is able to prioritise and analytically plan day-to-day activities / able to handle a fast pace environment to produce monthly financial targets.
