Business / Customer Service Manager

An experienced and well trained business/customer service manager is required to join this small but well established, privately owned healthcare business in the Woodford Green area of North London.

The role will involve overseeing a number of permanent members of staff including receptionists, administrators as well as healthcare staff with a particular focus on achieving the highest standards of customer care and retention.

The post holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining clear management strategies in relation to staff hiring, retention, appraisals and ongoing performance reviews as well as business process improvement in relation to customer services and client acquisition and marketing.

You will be working within an established team of highly qualified healthcare professionals.

Applicants should have demonstrable training and experience in a customer services focussed role combined with experience of managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams with different backgrounds and experience.
