Passenger Service Agents Stansted Airport

We are now recruiting Passenger Service Agents, Level 1 Customer Service at Stansted Airport.

This is an on going assignment. You must be able to work flexible shifts, starting as early as 0200 hours to cover the 24/7 operation, including working weekends and bank holidays, shifts depending on flight schedules. early starts, late finished. Averaging between 30 to 40 hours per week during the summer.

The job duties will include reception of airline passengers, checking and processing of flight and travel documents, correct and accurate processing of passenger baggage. Boarding passengers onto aircraft.

You must be able to provide a full 5 year checkable employment/education history, have no unspent Criminal convictions, hold valid photo ID, live within 45 minutes of London Stansted airport. Have previous Customer Service experience. Be computer literate. Must be able to commute to the airport outside public transport hours.
