Technical Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Technical Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager required managing a small team of Sales Engineers throughout the South of England. Our client is a leading supplier of HVAC and Temperature Control Equipment and they are looking for an area sales manager with a technical background and proven experience of selling to End Users, Consultants, Contractors and FM companies.

The successful Regional Sales Manager will be located with easy access to the M4 corridor. As the Sales Manager your main accountability will be to sell a range of HVAC solutions and products such as refrigeration systems / chillers / heat pumps and air conditioning systems to End Users, Consultants, Contractors and FM companies across the South and London, specifically targeting the HVAC and Building Services sector.

Technical Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Position Overview

Day to day management of a small sales team covering the south (M4 corridor)
Perform Site surveys and heating / cooling calculations
To sell to HVAC, MandE contractors, FM providers and End Users
Sales of refrigeration, chillers, heat pumps, AHU’s
New business and development leading to account management
To conduct CPD presentations Technical Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Position Requirements

3 years product sales experience from HVAC market
Ideally experience of managing a field sales team.
Experience of sales to MandE contractors, FM providers and End Users
Technically-minded
Full Driving Licence Technical Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Position Remuneration

Salary up to £48,000 + (£60 OTE)
