Regional Account Manager

Leading, multi disciplined engineering business are looking for a Regional Integrated Services Manager to cover the Yorkshire & Humber region.

The Regional Integrated Services Manager will be the main point of contact for the Integrated Services Business Development Manager and will handle the execution of projects consolidating multiple services into one overarching proposition to customers. As main point of contact for customers you will coordinate data gathering and site visits for feedback to ensure integrated designs, work packages, estimations and schedules are validated and fully understood.

You are responsible for managing projects from initial conception through to delivery and execution. Each subsidiary will be coordinated by you ensuring smooth operation and the best possible service to the customer.

* Planning
* Implementation
* Budget Control
* Variation Management
* Tracking & Reporting

Key relationships will include:
* Commercial Director
* Contracts Managers of Group Companies
* Integrated Service Business Development Manager(s)
* Sales, Technical, Operational staff
* HR & Finance Teams

Person Criteria:
* Experience working in industrial environments, particularly interesting is mechanical and electrical large scale projects (£100k – £1.5million)
* Proven track record working on design and build projects
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage job site activity resulting in maximum profitability
* Background in M&E engineering with circa 10 years experience
* Excellent communication and team building skills
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office etc.)
* Positivity and Enthusiasm
