Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year
My client are currently on the lookout for a highly experience contracts manager to join a highly reputable national house builder. They are looking for someone in the Yorkshire area to work on new build residential schemes in West, South Yorkshire and Humberside.
The builds they currently have in the area are speculative house builds, they are however open to people from both a spec and social housing background, you must have house a strong history of working on new build housing projects. The sites they work on range from 30-100+ unit sites.
You must hold the following qualifications and any others are a bonus and will help your application:
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
