A unique proposition for a Contracts Manager to join a highly successful main contractor and developer who sometimes slip under the radar, but quietly go about their business and deliver quality projects.

A Contracts Manager is now required to join the business and – working in an office/site based 50/50 role – work across multiple projects at differing build stages to deliver schemes to an exceptional standard.

Projects range in type and value but will likely include new build residential schemes in addition to high end residential and commercial fit out projects – all based in and around the London area. Project values will be between £500k and £10m dependant on size and scope.

Interesting role for an ambitious, hard-working and independent thinking Contracts Manager with a direct report to the Directors.
