Salary: £36,000 – £44,400 per year
Are you an experienced contractor? Do you have experience contracting villas? This successful tour operator is seeking a Contracts Manager to negotiate rates and build relationships with villas in Europe and in particular in the Mediterranean. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful travel company based in Hertfordshire who are offering a fantastic salary package.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this role is to contract villas in Europe and also assume full responsibility for negotiating rates and terms and conditions with villas. You will be based in Hertfordshire but with frequent overseas travel to visit villas, negotiate contracts, attend workshops etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– Experience in contracting and in particular contracting villas
– Ability to develop close working relationships with suppliers to achieve optimum results
– Strong negotiation skills and in particular face to face negotiation
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
– Ambitious with the ability to think on your feet, multi-task and prioritise
