Operations Manager – Industrial Cleaning

Salary: £24 per hour

Operations Manager We are a specialist Industrial cleaner in the food and pharma sectors, distribution and manufacturing. This is a job to become an Operations Manager with us. To begin with you will need to spend a minimum of six months working on our jobs around the country to understand what we do. This is hands on in the initial period to understand processes, custom liaison, risk assessment and standards needed. You will need or obtain Ipaf licence, confined space, asbestos aware, basic H&S to begin with. You need to be fit and dynamic for the training phase but also be ready for the ultimate job of significant operations management. With this achieved you will begin to take on operations duties of overseeing regions, projects, surveys, recruitment and other key functions. This is an extremely important position with huge future potential. Our HQ is in Caterham and ideally you should reside no further north than Birmingham. Progressive package on offer
