Conveyancing Manager

Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 per year

My client is a well established and well thought of local firm who cover a wide range of legal sectors.

The solicitor who is the Conveyancing Manager is looking to retire and she wants to leave her clients and her team in very good hands.

There’s 3 on the team plus a locum who does at least one day per week and the department will be yours to nurture and develop.

It’s a hands on role so you will have proven experience of handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters – freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, new build properties and Limited Company transactions.

You will be able to handle with ease relationships with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders and brokers.
