Salary: £26,000 per year
Based in Derne Valley and working for one of the UKs most prestigious banks. We seek people for permanent employment who are experienced customer focused individuals with an excellent telephone manner who can respond to enquires for PPI compensation from bank customers. Each customer will have an individual need and unique questions that will surround their claim, it is imperative you can manage their questions from initial call, explanation of the process, through to final payment of the claim.

Confident telephone manner
Ability to ask open questions
Calm and helpful manner
Accurate data entry skills
Due to the location it is preferred you have your own transport as public transport is poor

Hours 37 ½ over 5 days working on shifts between 8.00am to 10pm Monday to Sunday
Salary: £26,000per year
