A local authority are looking for professional and committed individuals to join the Customer Service Centre Supporting People Team based in Chemsley Wood
Candidates must have call centre experience.
The Candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers requiring the services of Adult Social Care., The individual will be required to have an ardent attitude with excellent communication skills, be resilient and also be able to cope with emotionally demanding calls.,
The ability to cope and thrive in a high pressure environment in a Service that is undergoing change is essential.
Based at Bluebell Centre, Chemsley Wood,Solihull, B37 5TN
Working days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri (5 Contracted days per week)
37:00 (hr:min) hours per week:
Monday: 09:00 – 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Tuesday: 09:00 – 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Wednesday: 09:00 – 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Thursday: 09:00 – 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
