Export Customer and Service Representative

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting an export and customer representative to work for our highly regarded Chesterfield based client.

This is a varied role working several departments and is ideal for those who are proactive and enjoy having responsibility.

Duties to include:

* Acknowledge customer orders

* Review and process sales orders

* Prepare despatch paperwork

* Provide export documentations for customs

* Liaise with production and procurement

* Establish and develop strong relationships with couriers, freight forwarders and hauliers

* Review haulage invoices

* Co-ordinate with suppliers

* Related administration

Candidate Specification:

* A strong background in customer service

* Experience of global export

* Experience with customs requirements

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Able to work prioritise own workload

* Good written and numeral skills
