Project Quantity Surveyor is required in Warrington and Newton Le Willows, covering 2 jobs worth £1m each.

Both Projects are Industrial Sheds / Units.

Responsibilities:

• Compiling full Tender Enquiries & detailed Tender Comparisons
• Procurement
• Negotiation and Placing of Contracts for Subcontract Works
• Managing Variations and substantiating upstream to the Client or PQS
• Monthly valuations & cash flow forecasts, including cost value reconciliations
• Monthly CVR’s
• Sub-contractor payment terms including payment notices and detailed sub-contractor contracts.
