We are recruiting for an Aftersales Advisor to join our Telford based client on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting in to the Administration Manager your duties will include (but not be limited):

• Entering and uploading orders accurately and efficiently on to the system
• Processing payments correctly
• Liaising with customers and answering telephone calls to deal with customer queries and complaints
• Liaising with engineers and arranging their diaries
• Processing orders for spare parts and dealing with warranty issues

To be considered for this job you must have an outgoing personality with great telephone manner. Must have the ability to work in a pressurised environment and on occasion deal with difficult customers. You’ll also have to have a good eye for accuracy and have customer focused approach. You must have excellent IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
