Our client a prestige main dealer in the Plymouth area is currently looking to hire an experienced Aftersales Manager for their busy dealership.

Our client is currently accepting applications for an Aftersales Manager position. Their ideal candidate has considerable Aftersales management experience;
You will run the daily operation of the service and parts departments, the Body shop and PDI Centre to achieve sales and productivity objectives. You must be an Excellent Leader and be able to manage a Staff of Team Leaders and departmental Managers who will be overseeing Technicians, Service Advisor’s, Warranty Administrators, Parts Advisor’s, Body shop staff, Admin Staff & Drivers.
You will be responsible for developing the aftersales operations, CSI, gross profit and expense controls.
