CALLING ALL SERVICE/AFTERSALES MANAGERS

Excellent opportunities available with established main dealers across West Yorkshire representing various manufacturer partners.

As a proactive member of the dealership’s management team you will be required to run an efficient operation, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times. You will have the ability to motivate and train all staff to perform whilst constantly developing and improving processes and systems as well as growing the business. Your overall objective will be to increase efficiency, turnover and profitability to exceed agreed budgets.

You will be experienced in developing relationships with customers, manufacturer partners and colleagues. You will have the drive and determination to maintain effective policies that constantly improve the customer experience. To qualify for this position you must have a proven track record in the management of a Service Department at a franchised car dealership.
