Quality Manager – Food

Salary: £34,800 per year

This Brigg Scientific client are an established food manufacturer based in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to work within the company’s Quality Assurance team ensuring products meet all accreditation and legal requirements in terms of quality and safety.

From a food manufacturing background with 5 years experience the following will be required:

* HACCP experience is essential – ideally to level 4

* BRC experience

* Allergen risk assessment knowledge

* Experience of root cause analysis

* Internal auditing experience

A permanent position this demanding and varied role commands a salary of £34,800.
