Salary: £78,000 – £90,000 per year

Tell me about the role…

The Head of UI Design will ensure that all processes and procedures are implemented promptly to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience. You will need to focus on multiple brands and different digital touchpoints ensuring exceptional design quality and consistency as well as sticking to budget requirements. You will be working on various digital projects, including e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, digital kiosks, etc.

Role Responsibilities

• Set up and Lead the UI Design function
• Be a responsible innovative member of the board team
• Communicate effectively with Digital Design Initiatives
• Keeping up to date with the latest design ideas and trends
• Manage and collaborate with 3rdparties
• Be an effective leader through the whole Digital Transformation process

Am I right for the role?

The ideal candidate will have a strong vision and capability to set up and build an entire UI Design function from scratch. You will be working across the board representing several highly successful, prestigious retail brands. Experience in setting up and leading a UI Design function in a retail environment would be highly desirable.
