Electronics Control Design Engineer – £40k – £50k – West Midlands
Are you an Electronics Control Design Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity in industrial Electronics Control Design? Our client has a new requirement for an Electronics Control Design Engineer to be based in their offices in Birmingham, West Midlands.
The Responsibilities of the role will include:
• Design and develop new ideas for machinery concepts (both new products and existing)
• Produce designs for industrial circuits (ideally with experience or knowledge of pneumatics)
• Work with and support maintenance and mechanical engineers
• Project planning experience. Candidate must be confident to provide and create accurate quotes and timescales with regards to the electrical and electronics element of the design processes
• The role will include both reporting and hands on electronics responsibilities including testing, calibration and commissioning.
They are ideally looking for a candidate who also has the following:
• MSc or BSc Degree in Electronics Engineering or Physics
• 3-5+ years electronics design capabilities
• Ideally experience in industrial electronics
• Ideally prior experience in Industrial and/ or Sensor Systems
• Ideally prior experience of Bosch Rexroth control and drive system
• Current passport (overseas visit will be required)
• Full UK Drivers Licence
