XCL Group are currently recruiting for our client based in Leeds. We are looking for a Process Engineer to join on a direct to permanent basis.

Our client is a global manufacturing company who are the worlds largest supplier of emergency lighting and safety products. They have grown year upon year, and are looking for individuals who are wanting to progress and have a long-lasting career.

The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:

• Working alongside in house engineers to develop and implement processes and procedures.
• Assist the production team with programming the electrical products.
• Be involved with the development of products, and be the go-to person for all product support
• Creating test rigs and tests, and assembly instructions
• Provide support to other departments
• Ensure everything is documented correctly
• Ensuring that all products are meeting the high-quality standards

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

• Previous experience as a Process Engineer
• Experience working with electronic products
• Experience with analogue and digital circuit design theory
• Good level of numeracy and literacy
• Excellent eye for detail
• Automotive industry experience
