Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £72,000 – £90,000 per year

Urgent requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected tier 1 contractor on an initial project in the Bristol area.

With a national presence and a good future pipeline of work in the South-West region (Swindon, Bristol, Bath), this is a great opportunity for a South-West based Surveyor to take on a genuinely career-enhancing opportunity within an industry-leading specialist contractor.

The initial project will comprise a £45m industrial new build scheme with a duration of around 12 months, meaning the post holder will need both comprehensive experience of running large-scale industrial projects from a commercial perspective and a proven track record of delivery.

Excellent management skills, client-facing skills and the ability to mentor less experienced surveyors is also par for the course in this role.

Future career prospects with this business are very good with a strong desire to promote from within where possible. Many of the senior leadership / management team have worked their way up from Trainee level and there is nothing to suggest this won’t be the case for the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
