1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer required by a renowned IT Solutions Provider organisation based near Barbican to join their highly successful team. My client is looking for an individual that would like to build a long term career with an organisation that promotes future development and progression and also has experience working within a Managed Services Provider or similar IT Solutions company. An extensive training budget is part of the remuneration package for this role.

This is a dynamic and challenging, yet highly rewarding, environment which will require the successful candidate to draw upon their troubleshooting experience, initiative and interpersonal skills. Essential Skills:

* Experience working for Managed Services Provider or IT Solutions Company
* Windows operating Systems
* Active Directory / Exchange (2007/2010/2013)
* Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS & DHCP, and VPN etc.)
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent customer service
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

Desirable Skills:

* MCP/MCSE/MTA/CCNA/ITIL
