Recruitment Consultant (Driving Division)

Skipper Recruit are looking to add 5th member to the team due to the growth in the business.

This will be full time position, Mon-Fri working out of our head office in Norwich.

Job Role –

• Going through jobs boards and social media pages for job applications.
• Registering candidate’s and putting them on our recruitment software.
• Emailing drivers and clients.
• Calling drivers and clients.
• Filling driver requirement bookings.
• On call duties (via mobile phone)

Ideally candidate will have –

• Hard working can do attitude.
• Ambition to succeed.
• Customer services experience.
• Microsoft office experience.
• Team player.
• Driving License (ideally)

Recruitment Consultant: £22-£26k (depending on experience) + uncapped commission.
