Recruitment Consultant

This is a great opportunity for someone from a Recruitment and/or Sales/Telesales background.
The successful applicant will work on a business to business basis and be required to secure vacancies from employers and successfully recruit match and place young people into those vacancies.
Some of the key skills and abilities required to be successful at the role will include:
• Applicants will have previous experience and a demonstrable track record in a Recruitment or Sales/Telesales environment.
• Telephone sales experience
• A proactive attitude with the ability to develop marketing and sales plans to achieve growth in the number of vacancies is essential.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of recruitment and placement of young Apprentices.

Based from Head Office location in Rugby.
37 hours; full time.
The roles will focus geographically as follows:
East Midlands (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northampton and surrounding areas)
The role will include travel to potential clients dependent upon client’s requirements. Therefore car owner/driver essential.

An assessment day will be held in Rugby, The day will last from 9.30 am until 4pm and applicants must be able to attend the full event. If applicants cannot commit to attending the full day of activities then please do not apply
