My client is a well-established company in Birmingham specialising in recruitment in the IT sector.They are now seeking IT recruiters with a minimum of 12 months experience and a proven billing history.
The company is in the process of expanding, and looking for dynamic IT recruiters to join a successful team.

Your role will involve:
– Matching candidates and clients to maximise potential to benefit both parties.
– The full 360 recruitment life cycle from resourcing and registering candidates to placing with prospective clients.
-Developing relationships with clients and candidates.
– Placing pegs in round holes.

You must have:
– At least 1 year experience within the IT sector of recruitment.
– Be ambitious and motived.
– Want to progress to the next level.
– A proven billing history.
