360 Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare Specialist
We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Wiltshire. You will take the lead on the development of our Healthcare Desk, in particular the supply of Nurses to Hospitals and Community Facilities across Wiltshire.
Salary & commission negotiable depending on qualifications and experience in recruitment.

About the role
* You’ll be supporting clients with staffing solutions for roles in the Healthcare Sector
* You will have the freedom to get the clients you want and recruit to the roles you want to, that will maximize business opportunities for our permanent recruitment desk.
* You will be based in our office in a regional office in Wiltshire with regular travel to other areas for meetings with potential and existing clients to build our business opportunities.
* You will be working in a fast pace environment, so being able to juggle a variety of duties at once is essential to your success in the role.
* You will be sourcing candidates from various job boards, social media and careers fairs and then conducting interviews.
* You will be working in a target-based role where your skills in selecting the best talent will be essential to meeting your targets.
* You will be the lead contact for all permanent recruitment enquirers from clients and candidates and will need to maintain a successful CRM system.
About you
* You’ll have experience of working with clients in the Healthcare Sector.
* You will be confident individual who has an engaging personality and thrives when working within a targeted role.
* You will have a high degree of experience in selling Recruitment Solutions to a variety of different companies and possess excellent sales skills in recruitment to exceed targets set of you.
* You will be a excellent recruiter with either bank of nurses available to you or the proven ability to recruit and build up a large supply of nurses to meet the needs of our clients.
* You will be the perfect “closer” with a verifiable track record of securing our staff into new bookings.
* You will be an experienced recruiter who has an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare recruitment industry.
* You will have the confidence to pass and fail candidates at telephone interview stage.
* Have a keen eye for details and the organisation to scan the relevant documents for applicants to be compliant.
* Confidence when talking on the phone and when using new technologies.
* You will need to be highly organised, quick to learn new processes and able to multi-task due to the varied and fast paced nature of this role.
* You will be a people person who can forge positive relationships quickly and maintain this over a long time.
