Qualifications:
Essential:
GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
Hold, have held or eligible to apply security clearance Desirable:
National Vocational Qualification (Level 3) in Business Administration or equivalent experience
and Skills:
Essential:
Experienced user of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Access
Knowledge of the implementation of business into SharePoint
Good working knowledge of databases and reporting
Organised – ability to plan, prioritise and delegate where required
Shows initiative, self-starter
Sets and meets challenging goals and seeks long term improvement
Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong customer focus
Strong team player and role model, capable of gaining trust and support of team and customer
Demonstrates a systematic approach to tasks and measures progress against plans
Ability to work as part of an integrated team or individually as required
Effective communicator both verbal and written with ability to produce accurate and timely reports
Ability to build productive relationships and networks with all stakeholders Desirable:
Experience of operating within a Facility/Asset Management Team or Construction Industry
Experience of working in a secure environment
Knowledge of Maximo and Share pointWorking within the Asset Management Team is responsible to the Project Manager Works and PPM Manager to:
Manage and coordinate the delivery and receipt of project information relating to Project Works and Planned Preventative Maintenance
Provide administrative support to Project Manager Works/PPM Manager including document control
Regular reporting in agreed format in a timely manner
Identify the need for additional systems and processes
Develop and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally with customer and client at all levels of management
Ensure contractual obligations are delivered and sustained
Ensure client satisfaction with agreed outcomes and best practice methodology
Ad hoc Project work as directed by Line Management
Internal colleague relationship management and opportunity development
Evaluate and develop own working practices and promote safe working practices
Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of work procedures within a challenging and complex co-ordination role
Promote a robust health and safety culture within the workplace and across the contracted areas of responsibility at all times
Ensure full audit trail in place to satisfy internal, and external auditors
Carry out any other duties commensurate with the role
