Yot Operations Manager – Wales

Service Care Solutions are seeking a Team Manager within the YOT Team in South Wales.

We are currently seeking a candidate who is available to start the post as soon as possible. The ideal candidate must be able to take responsibility for the day to day management of the Youth Offending Team, and manage the planning and delivery of effective interventions and activities that aim to prevent youth offending in the area.

The Essentials

– Qualified Social worker or equivalent
– Experience working in the criminal justice sector (YOT or Probation)
– Line management experience
– Minimum of 3 years experience working with young people and children
