SENIOR ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION ANALYST

Salary: Circa. £50,000 + bonus + hybrid (mostly work from home)

We are now looking for an Senior Enterprise Management Information Analyst to join us on this journey, and the key accountabilities associated with this role are as follows:

Key responsibilities:

To run the day-to day operations of the team, ensuring that the Business Intelligence Management Information and Reporting Catalogue is managed, maintained, and delivered.
Provide assurance for the quality, sustainability, and effectiveness of deliverables for all solutions within their business services.
Provide support at other tech and business domains to ensure effective and sustainable use of data within projects and initiatives.
Input into product backlog for M.I., B.I., and reporting needs.
Provide coaching and development of colleagues to create resilience and succession.
Identify opportunities for innovation through existing or future data capabilities.
Support the creation of investment/business cases based on agreed roadmaps to deliver new capabilities or mitigate risk in existing capabilities.
Support the identification and appointment of Framework Partners and manage relationship and performance.
Drive continuous improvement to proactively identify and remove waste from processes and activities.
What skills are we looking for?

Essential:

Proven track record, preferably in the utilities sector or asset management sector, for undertaking a senior M.I. B.I. and reporting delivery role.
Experience of delivery in a scaled agile environment.
Detailed knowledge of M.I., B.I. and reporting technologies.
Experience of undertaking management for a team in a senior role, providing direction and influence to ensure completion of activities.
Experience of developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships at operational levels within an organisation (e.g., Tier 2 & Tier 3).
Ability to demonstrate relentless drive, energy, and determination to deliver sustainable outperformance for Y.W. that rigorously achieves against demanding competitive industry benchmarks and metrics from other organisations.
Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic, changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively to all levels, both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable:

Knowledge of SAP, SAP HANA, Microsoft Business Intelligence tools.
Lean Six Sigma.
Scaled Agile/Agile methodologies.
Experience of SaaS, PaaP, laaS, DaaS.
