x20 Trainee Inbound Call Centre Executives (Sales and Service)
£26,000 per year + bonus

Based in Manchester
A True house hold named brand in the world of home, travel, pet, car and motorbike insurance are currently looking for an additional 20 staff to join their rapidly growing call centre based in the heart of Manchester.
Your role will be to receieve inbound calls from existing customers that have queries on their insurance policies and help the customers to overcome any enquiries they have. On top of this you will take the opportunity to look at this customers current cover whilst they are on the phone and inform them of all the other products that this insurance company offer that this particular customer is not signed up for.
Although this is not a sales role and therefore there will never be any cold calling involved, you are targeted to sell additional insurance policies to each customer as well as help them with their initial enquiry or concern.

The ideal candidate will be looking for a full time job and be based in Manchester with previous Sales, Customer Service or Call Centre experience, however this is preferable and not essential.

Part of the screening process is to obtain 2 years worth of references from either past employers or previous education. Gaps in employment or education that are greater than 4 weeks will also need to be covered too, so please be prepared to provide this when asked.
The working hours for this role are:
Shifts at 37.5 hours per week between:
Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 9am to 5pm
Sunday – 10am to 2pm
