Are you an Engineering Supervisor from a PSV/HGV background or similar, looking to join an industry leading brand, managing a specialist team of fitters, with excellent training, clear routes to progression and a highly competitive salary?

As the go-to Supervisor for the site, you will supervise a team of engineers, whilst being hands on when required. Carrying out audits, spot checks and preventative maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the fleet remains mobile and the workforce remains motivated.

THE ROLE
* Supervising a team of Technicians, within a busy workshop environment
* Carrying out spot checks, audits, whilst maintaining high standards
* Mentor and coach the team to ensure productivity

THE PERSON
* Knowledge of PSV/HGV or similar
* Previously worked as a team leader, supervisor, manager or similar
