£15.6 – £18 Per Hour

Permanent Position

An experienced Wood Machinist with skills in Manual and CNC equipment is currently required for a busy manufacturing business in Redditch.

Your duties will include setting and operating the following equipment:

• Biesse CNC Router
• Spindle Moulder
• Automatic and Manual Wall Saws
• Overhead Planer
• Bandsaws
• Crosscut Saws

If you have driven a counterbalance Forklift Truck also, it would be an advantage but training on this will be provided

Experience required includes:

• Practical experience of the machinery listed above is required, although if you haven’t got experience of all individual equipment listed, then training can be offered
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Ability to prioritise and work to instructions is important
• A positive and safe approach to work is essential
• The ability to work as part of a team whilst using initiative in a busy environment
