Salary; £26,000Monday to Friday – £10.80 Overtime After 8 Hours Daily

Shift; Monday to Friday, Day Shift – 07:30am to 16:30pm

Location; Washington, Tyne and Wear

Our client, is seeking to appoint a Wood Machine Operative / CNC Operator for their busy Manufacturing Depot in the Washington area. You will be required to work Monday to Friday start times will be 07.30am to 16.30pm. Occasional overtime available on a Saturday morning 07:00am to 11:00am.

Your duties will include operating Wood Machinery, Beam Saw’s and CNC’s. You will be working on a busy production station, some work may be quite heavy as some panels you will be moving could be quite large.

Previous experience of working within the wood manufacturing industry or knowledge of furniture production advantageous.

Holding a Manual Handling or Warehouse & Storage certificate advantageous but not essential. Immediate start available for the right candidate with the possibility of a full time position after a probationary period. Candidate’s must be available to attend an interview at our Sunderland Branch.
