Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
3R Consulting are recruiting a Wellbeing Clinic Manager
You will be accountable for the operational management of healthcare services and to deliver the agreed budget of the wellbeing clinics. You will have line management responsibility for the Health Promotion Nurse Team and lead the team to deliver safe and effective patient services whilst striving to achieve commercial goals.
You will work with the Head of Healthcare Services and Regional Healthcare Managers to identify opportunities to develop new services and grow current services offered. You will determine optimal working best practice guidelines and ensure compliance whilst building links with local CCG’s, Local Authorities, GP’s, Hospitals, Businesses and other key stakeholders.
You will hold NMC registration and Nurse Leadership and management experience as a Line Manager. You will have field management experience and knowledge of NHS structure and local commissioning with experience of selling to GP’s or commissioners. You will have revalidation lead experience along with strong commercial and communication skills and a full driving licence.
Negotiable salary + package offered.
