The Role: Warehouse Shift Manager (rotating AM/PM/NIGHT shifts)
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary & Benefits: to £50,400inclusive of shift allowances
Location: Liverpool
Principle Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* Management of permanent and temporary sub-contract staff
* Maximising operational efficiencies
* Planning and monitoring of all operational areas
* Ensure all operations are delivered on time and on budget
* Monitoring of KPI’s and SLA’s
* Presentations to key internal and external stakeholders
* Management of Stock Levels
* People management and development
Our ideal Warehouse Shift Manager will have the following skill set and experience
* Flexibility (please see shift patterns above)
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience in an Automotive and logistics environment
* Experience in automotive sequencing would be very beneficial
* Exposure to LEAN / Kaizan / 5S
* Great people management and development skills
