Salary: £33,600 – £38,400 per year
Our client is a leading food producer who due to winning a big piece of new business is looking to appoint a shift manager across their warehouse department.
The shift on offer is 12 hour static nights (4 on/off). The operation is 24/7 and very fast paced.
As an experienced Shift Manager/ Team Leader within warehouse/goods in departments you are used to leading teams of people to success in demanding and fast paced environments. You are focused on developing your people to over achieve and will enjoy the challenge of taking a team of people through a positive period of change as the business continues to grow.
Opportunities for advancement to senior management exist for candidates who are ambitious and want to take the next step beyond the role.
Our client requires a warehouse shift manager who has a track record of success in leading teams of between 15-30+ people in fast paced food/FMCG environments.
