Warehouse Customer Service Adviser

Manpower are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisers in the Ringwood area on a temporary to permanent basis to start immediately.
As a Customer Service Adviser you will be required to take inbound calls from customers regarding warehousing and logistics coordination as well as undertake general administration duties.
As a Customer Service Adviser you will be expected to:
* Deliver an exceptional customer service experience at all times.
* Act as a first line of contact for clients
* Take ownership for handling complaints or issues
* Deal with queries efficiently and to company standards
* Ensure that all emails are dealt with quickly and efficiently
* To ensure that all individual training is up to date
* To take reception calls, sorting/ reconciling all post in and out
Candidates should possess the required skills below:
* Listening and communication
* A confident and professional manner
* Exceptional telephony skills
* Ability to work in a computer orientated environment
* Ability to coach and deliver constructive feedback
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work from a compliance calling guide
Candidates should note that there is free parking onsite and benefits from a range of company benefits. Candidates are required to work shifts between 9am and 10pm Monday-Sunday.
