*FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO 31ST MARCH 2023*

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our busy Customer Service department at our Walsall Office.

Location:Walsall

Starting Salary:£26,982

Full Time:40 Hours Per Week ( Hybrid Working Model)

Who are we looking for?

Hard working driven individuals who are looking to kick start their career in the Customer Service sector willing to help to answer queries about our client’s policies, products and offer additional products to customers where appropriate and compliant.

All we ask is that you have some previous customer service experience and the following attributes:

● A great listener, who can understand what our customers need

● Resilience, demonstrating the ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations

● Eager to learn all about our products and processes

● Dedicated to providing excellent customer service

● Detail-focused, so you can follow our processes correctly

● Able to use a computer, so you can get to grips with our software and systems

Full Training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skill to succeed.
