My client are looking for Warehouse Assistant Team Managers to work in their new Luton RDC. This is a key role supporting the Team Managers to ensure products reach stores without a hitch. They bring the best out of the large team, delegating effectively, motivating them, and getting stuck in, ensuring deadlines are met. They bring a proactive and creative approach to solving problems.

They are responsible for ensuring that shifts are run efficiently and cost-effectively, whilst implementing strategic operational and service improvements and motivating a large team of Warehouse Operatives to check, pick, pack and ship products to stores.

PACKAGE

£43,200 – £49,200 starting salary increasing to £48,500 with time served. 30 days holiday (increasing to 35), 10% discount, pension etc
