As Junior HR Advisor in the HR Operations team, the role will include processing payroll and contractual changes, family friendly leave requests, references, right to work and benefits administration you will be the first point of contact, managing incoming calls and emails from staff and managers, providing initial advice and guidance or directing the call/email as appropriate.
This is a very busy role so you will need to be highly organised with excellent IT skills and have the ability to handle a fluctuating workload, respond quickly to priorities and have high attention to detail and levels of accuracy. You will need to have high attention to detail and be able to work at a fast pace. Experience of working in a HR environment would be advantageous.
The suitable candidate for this role will have an entry level experience in HR and have worked within a supporting HR role previously. Ideally you will possess an HR specific qualification, though this is not essential
