Visitor Information Ast

We are looking for a Visitor Information Assistant to work in the Tourist Information Centre. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work with a range of customers proactively, responding to differing needs (e.g. those of people from a variety of cultures or ages, including international visitors, young people, older people and disabled people). Possess a good knowledge of visitor attractions and services within Coventry and Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands. Good IT skills and the ability and willingness to work flexibly (including some weekend work) Hours worked on a rota basis 37 per week immediate start
