VIP Relations Manager

Salary: £28,800 – £31,200 per year

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service / Sales / Marketing candidate, who does not need a lot of experience, but is eager to progress in sales and/or marketing! The role will be based in Guildford, working with a lovely team in a dynamic environment. The role is for a VIP Relations Manager, you will be communicating directly with high level, targeted individuals, inviting them to attend special events, by phone and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and targeting new business contacts from new and existing prospect lists
• Effectively arranging quality meetings within target sectors
• Ensuring CRM system is kept up to date with a high degree of accuracy
• Position company and values at the highest level at all times

Requirements:

• Be confident in effectively communicating and influencing at all levels
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong written communication skills
• Ideally small amount of previous sales/marketing experience
• Good knowledge of social media especially LinkedIn
• Proficient with Microsoft Office. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
