Waste and Recycling Technician

Salary: £26,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week on a rotating 2 week shift pattern 6am – 2.30pm and 10am – 6.30pm, Monday – Friday

Location: Cambridge, CB2 0AA

What you’ll be doing;
Take delivery / collection of waste, working to a strict timetable
Provide advice on waste management issues in order for the customer to comply with on-site waste processes
Liaising with other functions in the building on a daily basis to ensure the maintenance of an efficient waste collection and processing service
When needed, facilitate supplier and contractor service visits.
Operate machinery – Baler, Forklift Truck
Driving the company Van around the site if and when needed.
